BN344

Description

The Bluebell BN344T combines the capability of two BN324T transmitters in a single compact unit, providing four independent channels of electrical to optical conversion. The complementary BN344R converts the four optical signals back to electrical SDI at the receiving end.

Designed for high density broadcast and live production applications, the BN344 pair supports signals up to 12G SDI, allowing four UHD video signals to be transported over fibre from a single unit. Each channel operates independently, providing flexibility for multiple camera feeds and other high bandwidth SDI signals.

By integrating four channels into one compact enclosure, the BN344 reduces equipment count, power connections and rack space compared with using multiple individual fibre converters. This makes it particularly suited to camera positions, outside broadcast vehicles, flypacks and fixed installations.

For users familiar with the BN324, the BN344 delivers the same concept in a higher density four channel format, simplifying deployment where multiple SDI signals need to be transported over fibre.
