Description

The BC323 range comprises three variants designed for flexible SDI and ASI signal transport over fibre. The BC323T is a dual-channel transmitter that converts two independent electrical signals (3G-SDI, HD-SDI, SD-SDI, or ASI) into optical for reliable fibre transmission, while the BC323R is the corresponding dual-channel receiver that converts two optical signals back to electrical outputs, ensuring high signal integrity through equalisation and reclocking. All variants support data rates from 50 Mb/s to 3 Gb/s, can operate in non-reclocking mode for non-standard signals, and are available in singlemode, WDM, and CWDM options. Housed in compact, robust enclosures and powered via the PS12 unit or 4-pin XLR, the BC323 series is well suited to Outside Broadcast, live events, and studio environments, offering a reliable and scalable solution for extending and transporting signals within professional broadcast systems.
